Pancakes with poppy seeds

Pancakes with poppy seeds.

0.5 liters of milk;
Two eggs;
Two tablespoons of sugar;
A pinch of salt;
Two cups of flour;
Vegetable oil;
50 grams of sour cream;

Filling:
150 grams of poppy;
Sugar and water;

Mix the eggs with the milk, sugar, salt and beat with a mixer, add flour and knead the dough. The dough should be like as a liquid cream.

Bake the pancakes on a preheated pan and oil.

Prepare the filling: poppy pour boiling water and let it brew for about 3 hours, drain, grind poppy blender.

The pancake put poppy, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar and twisting.

Fold in the pan, pour on top of sour cream and put the stew in the oven or in the oven for 15 minutes.
