Mushrooms with wine and sour cream

Excellent snack or addition to garnish.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms — 500 g
Cheese — 100 g
Sour cream — 1 cup
butter — 2 tbsp. spoons
dry white wine — 50g
ground black pepper — 1 \ 4 tsp.
salt — to taste

1. Fresh mushrooms finely sliced and fried in butter for 5 minutes.

2. Then the wine is poured into the pan and allowed to stand still at high heat for 2 minutes.

3. Reduce the heat, add salt, add black pepper, stir and pour the sour cream and cheese.

4. warms on low heat until until the liquid thickens.
