INGREDIENTS

HOW TO COOK

2. Then add the flour and yeast, put in HP mode, «test» and after 1.5 hours to obtain excellent batter.

4. mix flour with the yeast and add in small portions to the liquid mass, you can knead the first spatula or spoon, when the dough is sufficiently viscous need to continue to knead his hands. The dough should have a gentle, soft and not sticky. Ready to roll down the dough into a ball and put it in a bowl.

5. Cover with a clean dry towel and put in the heat. Approximately 1-1.5 hours the dough rises and is ready.

7. Eggplant and chicken cut into small cubes. Onions finely cut.

8. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the onions.

9. Then add the chicken to the onion, eggplant and diced tomato. Simmer 15 minutes. Remove from the heat.

10. Add the vegetables to the rice. Salt, pepper, add the cumin and coriander and stir.

11. The dough is cut into several pieces. Roll out 2-3 mm thick and spread in a baking dish. Cropped hanging edge. We spread the stuffing on the dough.
