Meat Spanish.

Ingredients:

onions — 3 heads
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. spoons
Mayonnaise — 400 g
cheese «Roquefort» — 100 g
Boiled rice — 250 g
tomato sauce — 1 cup
dill
ground black pepper
salt — to taste
beef (sirloin) — 800 g

Preparation:

1.Narezhte meat into small cubes.

2. On a frying pan, heated with oil, put a number 1 meat, sprinkle with chopped onion rings, salt, pepper, pour mayonnaise and place in preheated oven.

3. When the dish browns, reduce heat and keep at a low heat for 15 minutes.

4.Podavayte in the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese.

5.Otdelno Free boiled rice with tomato sauce, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
