Meat salad «Swiss Christmas»

INGREDIENTS

200 g cervelat

200 g of carbonate

200 g cooked smoked ham

1 medium cucumber

1 medium pickled cucumber

0.5 jars of olives

2 strong pear

3-4 sprigs of green basil

150 g of mayonnaise olive

HOW TO COOK

Meats, vegetables, pickles and pears cut into thin strips and mix.

With basil break leaves, finely chop them and mix with mayonnaise.

Dress the salad with green mayonnaise.

Post a soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Serve.
