Manikotti Pasta with meat and three cheeses

Cheese and meat — the best filling for pasta, which is baked in tomato sauce.


Ingredients:
Manikotti pasta (pasta in the form of tubes wide) — 450 g
Olive oil first cold pressed — 1 tbsp. l.
Italian sausages or kupaty — 320 g
Ricotta Cheese — 2 cups — 350 g
Provolone cheese (cut into cubes 0.5 cm) — 1 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated chopped) — 2 tbsp. l. + 3/4 cup
Onions (melkorezany) — ½ cup
Dry white wine — ½ cup
Tomatoes, canned skinless — 800 g
Dried red pepper (crushed) — 1/8 hr. Liter.
Basil leaves are large (sliced) — 8 pieces.
Black pepper — ¼ h. Liter.

1. Prepare the filling. Sausages with a sharp knife to pierce in several places, put them in a cast-iron frying pan, add the onion, cover and put on the stove over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Then turn the sausages, onions stop, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown onions. Then remove the lid, increase the fire to medium, pour the wine and cook sausage, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
2. Tomato juice in a food processor pyurirovat or blender. Strain the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds and puree to pour into the pan with the sausage. Add red pepper and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally and turning the sausage sauce for about 1 hour 15 minutes (the sauce should remain about 2 cups). Then enter basil and cook for another 15 minutes. Sausages shift on the plate and the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In medium bowl fold the ricotta cheese, provolonsky cheese and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, sprinkle black pepper. Grilled sausages clear from the film and cut into cubes of 0.5 centimeters, put in the curd. Salt stuffing and pepper to taste. (The filling and tomato sauce can be prepared a day before cooking pasta).
4. lay a large baking foil. Manikotti boil in salted water until slightly undercooked state, for about 7 minutes. Carefully drain the pasta and pass on a baking sheet.
5. The heat-resistant form of approximately 22h32h5 cm greased with olive oil, pour in the bottom of the 3 tablespoons of sauce. Fill with a teaspoon of cheese and meat manikotti weight and place in prepared pan with one layer, pour the remaining sauce.
