Linguine with red pesto, red wine and vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

300g Linguine
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
1 large zucchini
2 handful of fresh rocket salad
1 dash of red wine
4 tablespoons pesto rosso
vegetable oil
Salt pepper
honey

Preparation:

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile zucchini into thin slices or also processed using the spiral cutter to spaghetti and set aside. Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and fry in a little hot vegetable oil. Add the zucchini, 5 Min. Sauté and deglaze with red wine. Drain pasta and add to the pan with the zucchini.
