Linguine with almond pesto and beans

Ingredients to the recipe:
350 gr. linguine pasta
1 clove of garlic
1.5 cups of fresh parsley
1.5 cups of fresh basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup roasted almonds
1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
1 jar (450 gr.) Kannellini canned beans or white beans Navy, drained and rinsed
2 plum tomatoes, cut into cubes
Large salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation of meals recipe:
In a saucepan bring to boil salted water.
Meanwhile, prepare the pesto sauce: grind the almonds in a food processor and garlic. Add parsley, basil, Parmesan and finely chop. Without turning off the food processor, pour through a hole the olive oil and mix. Transfer the pesto sauce in a large bowl, admixed ricotta cheese and olives.

Add the boiling water and cook linguine pasta as much as is specified on the package. 2 minutes before end of cooking, add the pasta and beans continue cooking the remaining time. Leave 1 cup of the cooking liquid, drain the rest. Spoon linguine pasta and beans in a bowl with fresh pesto sauce, and stir. Add the tomatoes and mix well, add salt and pepper. If the paste turns dry, add a little liquid.
