Another delicious, tasty and not the usual autumn recipe! We offer to your attention the lasagne with pumpkin.

This recipe is autumn, because it is used in addition to traditional products typical of this season vegetable — the pumpkin. And unusual — thanks to all of the same pumpkin — you hardly ever try this Italian dish with the ingredients.

However, lasagna with pumpkin — tender and unusual dish in which the dough is duly punctuated with juicy meat filling and tomato sauce. We hope it will like your family and take its rightful place at the dinner table.

Ingredients:

250 g lasagne sheets,
400g pumpkin,
400 g minced meat (pork, beef, chicken)
100g parmesan
1 onion,
3 cloves garlic,
green beam
1 tbsp. Spoon tomato paste,
1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil,
200 ml dry red wine,
basil to taste
oregano to taste
Red pepper to taste,
ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste.

Cooking:

Prepare the filling for lasagna with pumpkin.

Pumpkin cleaned of skins, seeds and fibers and sodium on a coarse grater. Onions finely cut. Garlic is passed through spadefoot. Grind herbs.

Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring to avoid lumps formed. Then add the pumpkin and fry for another 5 minutes. At the end of the salt, add the herbs, garlic, red and black pepper, stir and take off the stuffing from the fire.

Prepare the sauce for the lasagna with pumpkin.

In a saucepan dissolve a small amount of tomato paste of water and bringing it to a boil. Pour the wine and boil, stirring, over low heat for 3 minutes. Add to the sauce basil and oregano and then on low heat for 10 minutes.

Assemble the lasagna.

If necessary, decoction of leaves for lasagna. Cheese rub on a coarse grater.

At the bottom of the form, greased with vegetable oil, pour a bit of tomato sauce, laid out 2-3 lasagna sheet overlap on them distribute part of the pumpkin meat stuffing, sprinkle with grated cheese and tomato sauce fields.

Repeat procedure 2-3 times, how much is enough sheets and stuffing. The last layer of lasagna sheets lap, field tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Send lasagna with pumpkin in a preheated 200 ° C oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Then let lasagna for 10 minutes, cut the slices into portions and serve.
