lasagna with chicken and mushrooms

Lasagna — a great way to diversify dinner! Moreover, that cook it very exciting. Pamper your loved ones a delicious dinner!

Lasagna (leaves) 12 pcs.
Chicken breast 1 pc.
Mushrooms 500 g
Cream 200 ml
Mozzarella 200 g
Parmesan 200 g
1 liter of milk
Butter 120g
3 tablespoons flour
Egg 1 pc.
Nutmeg

1. Chicken to remove bone and dismantle his hands on the fiber, not too finely.

2. Mushrooms cut into slices and fry until soft in butter.

3. Add the mushrooms to the chicken, fry together for another couple of minutes, then pour the cream or sour cream, stir, hold until thickened and remove from heat.

4. Prepare bechamel sauce. To dissolve in a saucepan the butter, add flour in it, and then gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps formed, pour in the milk. Add the nutmeg, stirring constantly, cook until thick sauce.

5. Getting the assembly. At the bottom of the mold, pour a little béchamel sauce and evenly distribute it. On top put the leaves. The next layer — chicken with mushrooms. Sprinkle it with grated cheese and pour the sauce.
Repeat. The last layer of cheese sauce and cover with sheets of lasagne, pour the remnants of sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
