Kranachan

A set of products:
75 g of oat flour (oatmeal)
275 ml cream 40% -s’
1 tbsp. l. liqueur or brandy Drambyui

Preparation:
Saute until browned flour, sift.
Whip the cream in a thick foam, mixed with flour, sprinkle with liqueur. Serve ice-cream bowls or glasses. You can add 175 grams of raspberries.
