Honey rolls with cinnamon and dried fruits without flour and eggs

Dough:
Almonds or pecans — 1 cup
Flaxseed — ½ cup
Honey — ¼ cup

Filling:
Dates — ½ cup
Water — ¼ cup
Cinnamon — 2 tablespoons
Salt — ¼ tsp
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp
Raisins — 2 tablespoons (optional)
Chopped nuts — 2 tablespoons (optional)

1. In a mortar grind flaxseed, then together with nuts in a blender grind to a state of flour. Add the honey and whisk to standard test. If the mass is too thick, add a little water. Remove the dough from the blender and place between two sheets of waxed paper. Rolling pin, roll the dough into a flat square (about 20 x 20). Remove the sheets of paper and set aside.

2. For the filling, whisk or mix dates, water, cinnamon, and salt to a thick paste. Apply a thin layer on the basis of honey. Twist roll (you can help mat for sushi). In half an hour, send in the freezer, then remove and cut into 8 equal pieces.

3. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to a week.
