Homemade cookies with peanut butter

INGREDIENTS:
● 1 cup butter, softened
● 1 cup chocolate drops (can be substituted for the broken pieces of chocolate)
● 3/4 cup sugar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1 whole egg
● 1.5 cups flour
● 3/4 cup cocoa powder
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For filling:
● 175-180 g cream cheese
● 1.5 cups powdered sugar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1 tablespoon milk
● 1 pinch of salt
● 3/4 cup peanut butter

PREPARATION:
1) Mix drops of chocolate and butter and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, dostat- mix again for 30 seconds, and so is not completely melt and mix
2) Then add the sugar — mix
3) vanilla extract, egg and whisk to mix
4) Separately mix cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda
5) Mix the two and stir the mixture until uniform
6) Rastel plastic wrap or parchment paper, roll the dough into a sausage and put it in the film roll and tighten the ends
7) Put in the fridge for 2 hours
8) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
9) Take the sausage from the refrigerator and cut into slices
10) Baking tray lay a baking paper and arrange slices
11) Bake 12-18 minutes

13) Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, add milk and mix
