Halibut with garlic marinade with tomato Relish

Ingredients to the recipe:
4 halibut fillets (225 gr.)
250 ml. red pear tomato halves
250 ml. yellow pear tomato halves
1/2 cup olives, pitted
Diced 1/2 small head of red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 avocado, peeled from the bone and sliced
2 tbsp. l. chopped fresh tarragon leaves plus 2 tbsp. l. for decoration
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
5 mashed to a paste of garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation of meals recipe:
1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocados, olives, onion, parsley, tarragon and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, mix the garlic and olive oil. Brush both sides of fish with butter and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Preheat barbecue to high heat.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste halibut on both sides and fry on the grill until the weak strips and done, about 5 minutes. from each side. Put on a dish. Sprinkle with tarragon and serve immediately with Tomato Relish
