GREEK CHICKEN PITA

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (250 gr)
Salt (5g)
Water (150 ml)
Baker’s yeast (if pressed 10 gr if lyophilized -in dust- 2 g)
Chicken breast (1)
Tomato (1)
Onion (1)
Watercress (50 gr)
Olive oil
salt
Pepper
dried oregano

Preparation:
1.In a bowl mix the flour with the salt.
2. In a glass mix warm water with yeast.
3. Mix flour with baking powder until well blended a ball of dough.
4. Conunas daub drops of olive oil and let stand for one hour covered with the bowl.
5. Divide the dough into portions the size that you please and make a ball by folding each portion into and boleando.

6. Cover with a cloth and let weigh at least half an hour.
7. Stretching the dough by hand or with a roller.

8. Dora bread in a pan without oil or anything to medium-high heat (7/10) on both sides.

9. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
10. Salt and pepper strips and dried oregano añádeles.
11. Enharina breast strips and fry in a little olive oil.
12. Put a spoonful of tzatziki on each bread, strips of chicken breast, a few slices of tomato and finely also thin strips of onion.

13. Salt and pepper and add a few drops of olive oil.
14. It ends with some watercress leaves (you can use lamb’s lettuce, lettuce, arugula …)
