Goulash medzhimursky: recipe with mushrooms and different kinds of meat

Goulash — is a cross between a thick soup and beef stew, ie and the first and second in one dish. Traditionally it is made from beef, but medzhimursky goulash — a special case when the recipe includes different kinds of meat — and beef, and pork, but if you want you can add some more.

The recipe is very simple, and is preparing goulash medzhimursky fast enough. It is better to choose a younger juicy meat, the flesh of the blade or the back. Then it turns extremely tender with a rich taste. A unique flavor to it and give the seasoning white mushrooms.

Goulash medzhimursky: recipe

Ingredients:

-350 g beef (veal)
-350 g of pork,
-500 g of potato
-500 g onion,
-2 cloves garlic,
-300 g fresh white mushrooms (or 50 grams of dried)
-150 ml of red wine,
-150 ml of water,
-2 tbsp. spoon tomato juice,
-2-3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil,
-pinch of ground paprika,
-red hot pepper to taste,
-ground black pepper to taste
-Salt to taste.

Cooking method:

1.All processed meat, wash, dry and seldom the same medium cubes. Finely cut onion. Crush the garlic. Potato peel and less often in small pieces. Finely cut red hot pepper.
2. Mushrooms also can cut into cubes. If you take the dried mushrooms, they must be pre-soak and boil until cooked in water.
3. Sauté onion in a skillet in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook, covered for about 10 minutes.
4. Lay the meat to the skillet and stir fry for 5-7 minutes. Add spices, salt, and pour the wine and mascara for a further 30 minutes.
5. Then add the potatoes, pour a little water and mascara on a medium heat until the potatoes are ready, about 15-20 minutes, adding water to the desired consistency of goulash, if necessary.
6. At the end add the tomato juice, red chilli pepper and boil for another two minutes.
7. Medzhimursky goulash served hot with vegetables and herbs.
