Giant Cake dessert S’MORE

Photo  adapted recipe dessert S’MORE.  This cake consists of joined together two giant cookies, that is placed between the ice cream, meringue and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients to the recipe:

3/4 cup crushed graham cracker Whole-wheat flour (about 175 gr.)
300 gr. chocolate sauce and boiled condensed milk
1500 ml. vanilla ice cream, one rectangular briquette
6 egg whites
A pinch of cream of tartar
1 cup of sugar

Preparation of meals recipe:

1.Prepare the dough from whole-wheat flour for the giant graham cracker

2. Divide dough in half. Because each piece of roll out a square with sides of 24 cm., Laying out each on a separate sheet of parchment paper. The dough with parchment place on 2 baking trays.

3. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cookies bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked. While the cookies still warm, cut the edge of the knife, so to get the right squares with sides of 22 cm.

4. Use the knife to do the oil groove in the middle of each cookie and then using sticks or skewers make the holes as shown in the photos. Totally cool.

5. With a spatula spread a chocolate sauce wavy lines on one cookie. Take in the refrigerator.

6. Ice cream soften slightly, then remove the packaging and put the ice cream on a piece of food film. Top cover with another piece of edible film and flatten slightly. Freeze for 1 hour to solidify.

7. Cook the meringue: beat the egg whites with cream of tartar in a mixer on medium-high speed until foaming, then gradually add sugar, continuing to whisk the mixture at high speed into a thick foam.

8. With ice cream, remove the foil and place it on the cookie, sauce smeared. With blades, lubricate cream meringue obtained, slightly exceeding the edge.

9. Use a cooking torch to brown the meringue, then gently top with second cookie. Remove the cake in the freezer.

10. Soften slightly and cut into portions before serving.
