Fried potatoes with meat

Ingredients:
Stuffing — 500 g.
Potatoes — 1 kg.
Tomato Paste — 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic — 4 the tooth.
Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
Parsley — 30 g.
Salt pepper.

Preparation:
1. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the stuffing on it.
2.Posolit pepper, add the spices.
3.Kartofel peel and cut into cubes, add to the minced meat and fry for 5 — 7 minutes.
4. In 200 — 250 ml of warm water Mix the tomato paste.
5.Chesnok peel and grate, add the tomato sauce, salt.
Pour in the potatoes with meat tomato sauce, cover and cook for 25 — 30 minutes on low heat.
Ready fried potatoes with ground meat sprinkled with chopped greens.
