French pockets with apples and raisins

Ingredients:
puff pastry
4 apples
50 g raisins
2 teaspoons cinnamon
egg
sugar

Preparation:
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes. Peel and slice the apples. Mix them with cinnamon and raisins. Put to cook for 10-15 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut into ovals. On one half lay out a small portion of the filling. Close and secure the edges tightly. Each pocket brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Make a few cuts on top. Put all pockets on a baking sheet and send baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
