Four-color fruit cake

Ingredients (See Form 29):

Dough:
300 g flour
120 g of oil
Sugar 100 g
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 tsp lemon peel
a pinch of salt

Filling:
250 g of soft cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon Sahara
Berries, fruits at the discretion:
(I have it 3 apricot, apple half, a little blueberries and blackberries)

Chit:
40 g flour
30g sugar
30 g of an oil

Cooking method:
Flour is mixed with sugar, salt, lemon peel, add the egg and milk. Knife chop the butter and knead the dough. The form of grease and sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough to the size of the form, make bumpers. Part of dough left on the walls. Beat the egg with a fork. 2/3 stir in the cheese, there also add a spoonful of sugar. The resulting mass lay on the dough. Make a partition of test residues. 1/3 eggs use to being covered with edges and partitions. Each quarter-lay a separate kind of berries / fruits. Sprinkle crumbs. Bake at 190 degrees 35 minutes. Cool on the grid without removing from the mold.
