For the preparation you will need:
potato 5-6 pcs
yaytso- 1 piece
muka- 100g
Vegetable oil-1 tablespoon
0.5 teaspoon of salt-
perets- black to taste

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender, mash into a puree with no lumps, add salt, pepper, egg and flour, knead a soft dough.
Table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough thinly, cut out scones using plates, chop them with a fork.
Put tortillas on a baking tray laid by parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes before blush.
