Egg in sausages.

Ingredients:
3 long sausage (such as Vienna)
• 3 eggs,
• 2-3 Art. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
• butter for frying and cooking,
• salt,
• Green lettuce and parsley,
• pepper.
• took another two sticks for Chinese food.

Recipe:
Put the sausage between the sticks and cut into equal segments. Sticks do not help to cut the sausage thoroughly.

Secure sausage skewers or toothpicks wood.

The eggs are released in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, salt and beat well.

In a frying pan with hot butter and vegetable oil to fry sausages on one hand, turn, pour the egg mixture and cook until ready.

Serve on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chopped parsley finely.
