Dumplings with meat, very simple and delicious!

Ingredients:
— 8 potatoes
— 1 cup flour
— 2 eggs
— 300 grams of beef (pulp)
— bulb onions
— salt
— pepper
— Cumin — to taste

Preparation:
1. Grate the raw potatoes on a grater, put in a sieve and let drain the liquid; add salt, flour, eggs and stir.
2. From this mixture form a dumpling, inside which lay the ground beef and cook in salted water until tender, as the dumplings.
3. Serve with sour cream.
