Cucumbers stuffed with meat

Ingredients:
• pickled cucumbers 12 pcs.
• minced beef 300 g
Tomatoes • 2 pcs.
• 2/3 cup beef broth
• hard cheese grated 1/2 cup
• corn starch 2 tsp.
• 4 tablespoons butter. spoons
• garlic, minced 1 tbsp. spoon
• salt
• ground black pepper

Cooking method:
Cucumbers cut in half. Connect the broth, garlic, pepper and bring to a boil. Pour in the broth cucumbers, simmered until tender, remove and cool. Central part of the cucumber, remove the spoon.
• The remaining broth to a boil, add dissolved in a little water starch and cook until thick.
• Minced fry in butter, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, then pour in the broth with the starch.
• Tomatoes cut into cubes, combine with minced meat, salt and pepper.
• Cucumbers fill with stuffing, put on baking sheet, greased with butter, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.
