Preparation:
Beef (tenderloin is best), cut into cubes of 6-8 mm thickness.
Carrots and Chinese cabbage cut into strips, garlic finely chopped.
Soy and oyster sauce to mix with water.
In the frying pan fry 1 \ 2 garlic, add the carrots and beans, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Use non-stick pans or vegetable oil. Remove from heat and pass on to the plate.
In the same pan fry the meat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, add the rest of the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add roasted vegetables and Chinese cabbage, pour prepared sauce, stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately, if desired, you can sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro.

Ingredients:
Parmesan — 30 g;
Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese — 30 g;
Brie — 40 g;
Walnut — 10 g;
Almond — 10 g;
Hazelnut — 10 g;
Grapes Kish Mish — 20 g

Preparation:
Diced parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese, sliced — brie cheese. Put in kremanku cheese, nuts and a small sprig of grapes Kish Mish. Serve with red dry or semi-sweet white wine.

Ingredients:
Fat yogurt — 100 g;
Cream 10% fat — 60 g;
Gelatin — 4 g;
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) — 50 g;
Sugar — 30 g;
Fresh Blueberries (for decoration) — 30 g

Preparation:
Cream and sugar is heated in a water bath to dissolve the sugar.
Soak gelatin in water until the swelling. Blueberries grind in a blender.
Creamy mixture is cooled to 50 degrees, it is dissolved in the gelatin. Yogurt beat with a mixer into a light foam, add the cooled cream mixture with gelatin and blueberry mass whisk for 2 minutes.
