Cooking!

Fry the chopped bacon and put it out of the pan. In the remaining fat fry finely chopped celery and onion, bay leaf, dill, salt and ground black pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes until the onions are browned until golden brown. If you do not like the bacon — to do the same in butter. Add the potatoes, cut into cubes, add water or broth, bring to a boil. Cook for 7-10 minutes. Dilute the flour with milk and slowly pour the mixture into the soup. Milk and flour mixture can be replaced with 300 ml of cream. Add the fish and seafood. Cook for 5-8 sea soup mine. Before serving, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Canadian Carrot cake
