Cocktail Knickerbocker

To make this cocktail instead of fresh raspberries, you can use raspberry syrup or frayed with sugar raspberry seedless, in both cases the proportion of honey syrup will need to either reduce or remove altogether.

Cocktail Knickerbocker

Ingredients
50 ml gold rum
20 ml orange liqueur Curacao
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
30 — 40 g of fresh raspberries
20 ml honey syrup

Cooking process
Fill the glass with ice cocktail. Mash the raspberries in a shaker, then add to the rest of the ingredients: rum, liqueur, juice, syrup. Add ice into a shaker and shake vigorously. Remove dishes from supply ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with mint and a slice of orange.
