Chocolate-Orange Cake

Chocolate-Orange Cake.

• 1 cup flour
• 100 g butter
• 3 tablespoons sour cream. spoons
• egg yolks 2 pcs.
• 2 tablespoons sugar. spoons
• 1 pinch salt

For filling:
• 400 g dark chocolate
• 300 g butter
• 3 pieces of oranges.
• fatty cream 100ml
• 1 egg white pieces.
• gelatin 1 tbsp. spoon
• 1 tablespoon orange liqueur. spoon

Cooking method:
Sift the flour with the salt. Oil cut into pieces, put in the flour and chop with a knife. Add the egg yolks, cream and sugar. Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Chilled dough roll into a circle, put into a mold, greased with vegetable oil so that the bumpers were closed. Put the dough on the parchment cut from a circle, sprinkle dry beans. Bake 25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
• Remove fine grater zest from one orange. Squeeze the juice from all the oranges, pour it into a saucepan and slightly warm. Put gelatin, stir until completely dissolved. Let cool, add the grated zest and liqueur.
• Remove from oven shape, remove the beans and parchment. If the dough under the securities remain soggy, return it to the oven for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. Grease the inside of the protein form of dough, pour orange jelly and refrigerate to harden.
• Break up the chocolate and melt in a water bath with oil. Stir constantly, then remove from heat and cool.
• Pour the chocolate into the mold on top of the cake with orange jelly. Smooth the surface and return to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
