Chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients:
-flour (base) — 400 g
-butter (base) — 250 g
-cocoa (powder foundation) — 4 tbsp
-sugar (base + filling) — 100 g + 150 g
-cheese (stuffing) — 600 g
-egg chicken (stuffing) — 4-5 pieces.
-sour cream (filling) — 200 ml
-starch (filling) — 2 tbsp
-vanillin (stuffing) — 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. For the basics pound soft butter with sugar.
2. Add cocoa. Then add the flour. Grind into crumbs all.
3. The split molds (for this portion of 26 cm) vystelit parchment and grease with butter or oil.
4. Put half of the flour crumbs.
5. Prepare the filling. To do this, all the ingredients for the filling whisk blender.
6. Should get a smooth mass without lumps.
7. Put cheese filling over the crumbs of flour, smooth.
8. On top lay out the second part of flour crumbs, put in a preheated 170 degree oven for 1 hour.
9. Leave to cool in the form, then gently release from the mold and put it on a dish.
10. Very tasty blend of cottage cheese with chocolate batter. Filling turns out very tender.
