Chocolate cake with coffee mousse

Ingredients:
Flour — 1.75 cups
Sugar — 2 cups
Cocoa powder — ¾ cup
Soda — 2 teaspoons
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Salt — 1 tsp
Sour milk — 1 cup
Vegetable oil — 110 ml
Egg — 2 pcs
Vanilla — 1 tsp
Freshly brewed coffee — 1 cup
Mousse:
Cream whipping — 1.5 cups
Chocolate paste — ½ cup
Hot water — 2 tablespoons
Instant coffee — 2 teaspoons
Coffee liqueur
Cookies «tubes» — 6 pieces
Chocolate and nuts (hazelnuts) — for decoration

Preparation:
Mousse:
In a bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water, add the pasta and chocolate liqueur, whisk until smooth. Mixer whip cream until peaks of air gradually and gently enter the chocolate mixture into the cream. Stir.
Korzh:
Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt and sift the mix. In a separate bowl, combine the sour milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Whipping mixer on low speed, gradually add the egg-milk mixture to dry (flour, soda, etc.). Working with the included mixer, pour coffee and whisk until smooth. The oven heat to 175 degrees and prepare four identical circular shapes for cake (or 1, but will have the furnace 4 sets). Forms of grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough in equal numbers on the forms. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Totally cool. Finely chop roasted nuts. Between the layers promazhte mousse and place a little nuts. Top with remaining mousse, garnish with grated chocolate and nuts.
