Ingredients:

— Chicken breast — 300g
— Vegetable oil — 30 ml
— Garlic cloves — 3 pieces.
— Mushrooms — 200 g
— 20-22% Cream — 200 ml
— Soy sauce — 40 ml

Preparation:
1.Kurinuyu breast cut into cubes and fry in a little oil until light golden.

2.Promytye mushrooms cut into pieces the same size as the chicken breasts.

3. When the breasts are almost ready, add to garlic.
4.Primerno 1-2 minutes add the mushrooms. Cooking on a fairly high heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes more.
5. In the end add the cream and soy sauce. Bates fire and wait until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
Serve with rice or pasta hot.
