Carrot-almond muffins

• 300g grated carrots
• 8 proteins
• 1 h. L. vanilla extract
• 2 h. L. cinnamon
• 1/2 hours. L. nutmeg
• 150 g whole wheat
• 300g almond flour
• 90 ml vegetable oil
• 2-3 Art. l. honey
• 120 grams of raisins
• 1 p. Baking powder

Cooking method:
1.Razogreyte oven to 180 degrees. Grease a muffin mold.

2.Proseyte both flour in a bowl, baking powder, spices. Add the butter, honey, vanilla and mix.

Slightly beat the whites until foaming and enter into the dough. Add the grated carrots and raisins. Mix.

3.Napolnite shaped muffin 3/4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes (check availability, sticking to the center of muffin wooden stick.

If the yield of pure — so ready.
