Cake with pineapple

Cake with pineapple.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

Wheat flour — 2.5 Art. (1 tbsp. = 250 ml.)

Eggs — 1 pc.

Butter — 100 gr.

Sugar — Article 0.5.

Kefir — 150 ml.

Soda — 1 tsp incomplete

Salt — a pinch

Vanilla extract — 2 drops (or vanilla — on the tip of a knife)

For filling:

Canned pineapple slices 565 g -1 bank. (Or fresh pineapple)

For the filling:

Eggs — 1 pc.

Wheat flour — 2 tbsp

10% cream (or milk) — 100 ml.

Pineapple syrup — 100 ml. (Or pineapple juice)

Natural honey -1 teaspoon

Mack — 1 tbsp

Powdered cinnamon — ½ teaspoon

Vanilla extract — 2 drops (or a pinch of vanilla)

HOW TO COOK

Test Preparation:

Sift the flour into a bowl with soda.

Beat egg with sugar and salt and add to the flour.

Add the melted and cooled butter, yogurt, and vanilla extract or vanilla.

Knead a soft, elastic dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

For filling:

With drained pineapple syrup (100 ml syrup save). I had already sliced pineapple, you can use pineapple rings, cutting them in half or smaller.

For the filling:

Mix the flour with cold cream (small portions to pour the cream into the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps).

Add the egg, pineapple syrup (or juice), vanilla, poppy seeds, cinnamon and honey.

All lightly beaten.

Bakery products:

Take the dough out of the freezer and roll out the layer thickness of 1 cm and a diameter equal to the diameter of your bakeware plus bumpers. Better to use a diameter of 26-28 cm.

Put the dough into a mold to form ledges. Put baking paper on top and pour it peas or beans. Make this a must, otherwise the dough when baking not rise evenly and bumpers will be almost invisible. Bake 10 minutes at 180 g.

Then the paper with the contents removed. For the dough put pineapples (rings halves can put beautiful pattern). Pour the filling.

Bake for another 30-40 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160 grams.
