Ingredients:

● yogurt 500ml
● sugar 400g
● Egg 2 pieces
● flour 380g
● soda 2 tsp
● baking powder 10 gr
● cocoa 8st.l

Cream:

● 800ml milk
● Sugar Article 8. l
● 5 tablespoons flour
● Egg 1 pc
● 30g butter

Preparation:

In the yogurt add the baking soda and mix well. Then add the sugar and eggs. All mix well. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well. The dough will turn out, thicker than cream. Bake thin cakes (I got 7 pcs.) Make the custard: Combine the sugar, eggs, flour and milk. Mix well and put on fire.

to the boil while stirring. When the cream thickens, remove from heat add the butter and beat well with a mixer. The cream can add the vanilla sugar. The cream is well cool. Ready fluff cream cakes. The top of the cake sprinkled with cocoa. Put our cake in the refrigerator overnight.
