Cake chocolate-banana.

Simple homemade cake with a pronounced taste of chocolate and banana, light sour apricot, apple delicate flavor, very light and cooking and eating.

INGREDIENTS

Biscuit:

Eggs — 2 pcs

Sugar (150 ml glass) — 1 stack.

Flour, wheat (150 ml beaker) — 1.5 stack.

Olive oil — 75 ml

Yeast (dry) — 1 tsp..

Milk — 75 ml

Cocoa powder — 1 tbsp. l.

Cognac — 1 tbsp. l.

Cream:

Apple (sweet and sour) — 1 pc

Banana — 2 pcs

Apricot Jam — 3 tbsp. l.

White Chocolate — 30 g

Butter — 50 g

Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.

chocolate paste — 1 tbsp. l.

Glaze:

Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp. l.

Sour cream (fat) — 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.

Butter — 30 g

Cooking method:
1. Melt the butter, add sugar and keep on heat until sugar is dissolved.

2. Bananas and apples peel and cut into cubes. Put in the butter, add the jam and simmer, stirring until it becomes thick

3. Grate the chocolate

4. Pour the chocolate into the bananas, add the chocolate paste and mix with a mixer and cool

5. Biscuit Beat eggs with sugar.

6. Next, continuing to whisk, add the ingredients one by one in the order as in the list.

7. Pour the batter into a greased and floured form and bake in preheated 180 oven for 20-30 minutes. I was ready in 20 minutes.

8. Let cool on a wire rack, cut into 2 pieces and coat with cream biscuit bottom.

9. Cover the top of the biscuit and put them in the refrigerator.

10. All the ingredients for the glaze, mix the glaze in a saucepan and set on fire, interfere and bring to a boil.

11. Pour gently chilled icing on the cake and decorate to your liking. I have made a few slices of banana, almond petals, raspberries and blueberries berry.

12. The cake is ready! It is advisable to let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
