Cake cherries and cream cheese

For the cakes:

— 1 1/4 cups flour
— 1/3 cup cocoa powder
— 1 tsp soda
— a pinch of salt
— 115 g butter
— 1 cup of sugar
— 1 cup of milk
— 1 tbsp vinegar
— 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the cream:

— 250 g Philadelphia cheese
— 115 g butter
— 1/2 cup sour cream
— 1 cup of powdered sugar
— 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
— 1 cherry bank in thick sauce (filling for pies)

Flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt mix. Melt butter and add the warm milk. There also add the vinegar and vanilla extract. Pour the dry ingredients and knead the dough uniform.
Preheat oven to 180 * C. Two detachable form to lay parchment (only the bottom), sides lightly oiled. To spread the dough evenly and smooth. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until toothpick stuck in the center comes out dry.
Meanwhile, whisk the softened butter and cheese. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar, whisk until smooth.
Korzh cool 10 minutes in the forms, then lay out on parchment to cool.
Assemble the cake. On the cooled cake to put the lower half of the cream (the best of the cond. Bag to evenly spread and not have to shovel because cakes are very tender). Cover with half the cherries. Cover with second Korzh and repeat the procedure. Allow to stand for an hour in the refrigerator.
