Cabbage rolls from the oven

INGREDIENTS:
● minced veal — 600 g
● Rice — 100g
● cabbage — 300 gr
● onion — 100g
● Egg — 3 pieces — 210 gr
● 15% cream — 400g

PREPARATION:
1. Stuffing mix with finely chopped onion, rice, boiled eggs, add salt and pepper.
2. Boil the cabbage, remove the leaves, each leaf wrapped in beef.
3. Put stuffed plump each other on a deep baking tray, drizzle with oil (about 1 g), spread sour cream on top.
4. Put in the oven for 1 hour (approximately). While not sour browns.
