Ingredients:
-Chicken leg (thigh possible) 6 pcs.
-Salt and pepper to taste mix
-Bread (crumb, 3 slices of bread or a loaf) 55 g.
-Parmesan (or any hard cheese) 70 g.
-Dried olive grass 1 ch. L.
-Hard not mozzarella pickle (or any soft cheese) 50g.
-Egg 1 pc.
-Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
Shin dry with paper towels, salt and pepper to taste, put them into a bowl and let stand for 1-2 hours in the cold.
Bread crumb crushed into crumbs in a blender.
Parmesan and grind in a blender or rub on a small grater.
In bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and Provencal herbs.
Separately, in a dish pour the flour and beaten egg. Thus, you get the three plates: with bread crumbs and cheese, flour and eggs.
Now proceed to our breaded chicken legs. To do this, first, each drumstick roll in flour.
Then dip them in the egg.
And in the end — in the bread crumbs. When you roll in the bread crumbs, then gently press them into the tibia from all sides.

After 20 minutes, turn over the chicken legs and continue to bake for our meat.
5 minutes before ready to put on each drumstick on a plate of mozzarella and continue cooking.
