Belgian waffles

Ingredients:

Flour — 215 g
Corn (potato) starch — 70 g
Vegetable oil — 6 tablespoons. l.
Baking powder — 2 tsp..
Kefir — 375 ml
Milk — 125 ml
Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
Vanilla — ½ tsp..
Egg — 2 pcs.
Salt — 1 pinch
Fresh seasonal berries — feed
Chocolate paste — feed
Whipped cream — feed
Powdered sugar — feed

Preparation:

1. Connect the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt in a deep container. Mix thoroughly.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Place the yolks in a deep container, add to the butter, yogurt and milk. Beat mixture using a hand mixer (immersion blender) for 2 minutes.

3. In a separate container proteins with sugar and vanilla, beat until soft peaks form.

4. Connect all three prepared mixture and stir until smooth using a mixer.

5. Bake in preheated waffle waffle iron (average rate of 1 ladle test wafer 1). Finished wafers spread on a baking sheet.

6. Send the wafer to dry for a few minutes in the preheated oven (must be formed crisp).

7. Wafer place on serving plates, garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, chocolate paste, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
