Baskets of ham with eggs

12 thin slices of Italian ham prosciutto;
12 large eggs;
1 cup grated cheese;
1/8 cup finely chopped parsley;
salt, ground black pepper, olive oil.

Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Take a baking dish with recesses 12 (or 2 to form recesses 6 each), brush a thin layer of olive oil and place each slice of prosciutto recess so that the top recesses was approximately 2.5 cm ham. In each basket of ham put on the full tablespoon of grated cheese, then break an egg on top of each basket. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
