Banoffi.

Ingredients:

200 g peeled almonds
280 g of powdered sugar
according to the basic dough recipe
2 cans (400 g), boiled condensed milk
6 bananas
560 ml whipping cream
1 tbsp. l. soluble coffee
seeds 1 vanilla pod

The dough according to the basic recipe:

500 g flour
100 g of powdered sugar
250g chilled butter
zest of 1 lemon
2 large eggs, beaten
some milk
flour for sprinkling

Preparation:

The easiest way to cook this dough in a food processor — in this case, it is free to you succeed, but if you do not have or you’re a fan of old-fashioned technology, do not forget to chill the butter well (better to hold it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes) and hold hands under a jet of cold water, because oil should not melt.

1. Sift the flour and powdered sugar on a clean work surface. Hands mix them with cubes of butter, to get fine crumbs. If you are doing in a food processor, then just hold the same in «pulse» mode, the mixture for 20-30 seconds. At this stage the dough flavor aroma can, for example, lemon peel.
2. Add the egg batter, milk and gently, but firmly mix, but do not overdo it, otherwise the dough instead of crisp turn elastic and rubber — not our choice. The processor simply pour in the batter kroshkovoe eggs and flour and keep in the «pulse», until the mixture turns into a ball.
3. Shape the dough into a ball, lightly sprinkle with flour, and flatten into a cake, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Subsequently will roll according to the recipe.
4. Preheat the oven to 180C.
5. Rinse the almonds under running water, pat dry and gently mix with powdered sugar to nuts become sticky. Sprinkle them on a baking tray, place in oven and cook for 15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes until they are golden achieve ordained. But do not overdo it, otherwise they will be more bitter. Remove from oven and let cool.
6. Prepare the dough (do not forget that you can experiment with the additives in the base test or just add a little more powdered sugar), roll it and put in a greased form with a diameter of 28 cm with removable bottom (you can lay out and portioned small tins for baking). Bake for about 15 minutes without toppings, until the dough is lightly browned. Let it cool down. Grease a cake boiled condensed milk base (the thickness of its layer depends only on your desires;)).
7. Slice the bananas and arrange on top of the condensed milk. Whip the cream, add them coffee (the amount can be reduced if you want a more delicate flavor) and vanilla seeds.
8. Spoon the cream with the coffee on top of the banana slices and serve immediately.
