Baked potatoes with cheese.

Ah, potatoes .. Until then good! Fried, boiled, baked in the oven. But the count, whether preparing meals much out of it?
I often cook for my family potatoes. His love in any form. I suggest another good recipe baked potato with cheese sauce. It can be a side dish or a separate dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 onion, cut into rings
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheese

How to make:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Oil 1 quart casserole dish.

Layer 1/2 potatoes cooked dish bottom pan. Top with slices of onion and add the remaining potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a medium sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Mix the flour and salt, and stir constantly with a whisk for one minute. Add milk. Cook until then, until the mixture thickens. Cheese mix all at once and continue stirring until melted, about 30 to 60 seconds. Pour the cheese on the potatoes and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven.
