American pumpkin pie.

Ingredients:
• Wheat flour — 400 g
• Butter — 250 g
• Eggs — 3 pcs.
• pumpkin — 900 g
• Sugar — 200 g
• Cream of 30% — 200 ml
• Cinnamon — to taste
• Vanilla — to taste
• Salt — to taste

Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Knead the flour with the soft butter to the mixture looked like bread crumbs, then add the lightly beaten egg and knead the dough.
3. Roll it into a ball, wrap in foil and send in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes. Clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes.
4. Put in a pan with a thick bottom, or a saucepan, add a little water and simmer until soft and complete evaporation of the liquid.
5. Blender chop the flesh into a homogeneous mass. For greater tenderness resulting puree can rub through a sieve.
6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, and to lay them low round with a diameter of about 30 cm.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
8. Put the pumpkin puree in a bowl, beat two eggs, sugar, cream, spices and salt.
9. Pour the mixture into a baked dough.
10. Bake cake 50-55 minutes at 180 degrees. When the cake has cooled, it can be easily cut into portions.
