Air cake with apples.

And it is easy and fast, and delicious!
Ingredients
eggs 3 pieces
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
apples 2-3 pieces

Cooking process
The proteins separate from the yolks and pour them into separate bowls.

Pour on half cup of sugar in two bowls, the contents of both bowls carefully stir the blender (you can whisk, blender, but faster) until smooth. Pour half a cup of flour on both bowls, and the contents thoroughly mixed blender until smooth.

Take one of the bowls and pour the resulting mixture into another, again all whisk (the dough turns a lush due to separate whisking yolks and whites).

Form (I have silicone, but you can use any), brush with butter, put on the bottom of peeled sunflower seeds, and peel the apples. Above all we fill a dough.

Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until a toothpick will not pass easily into the dough.
