3 delicious and refreshing okroshka ANEW

1. hash on kefir

okroshka

Ingredients:
— 1 liter of yogurt
— 3 medium fresh cucumber
— 2-3 boiled beets
— 3-4 eggs
— 500g chicken breast
— 5-6 radishes
— 4-5 green onions feathers
— Parsley — to taste
— Dill for decoration
— 1-2 tbsp. l. mustard
— 150 ml of cold boiled water

Preparation:
1. Boil chicken and hard-boiled eggs. Fresh cucumbers and beets clean and rub on a coarse grater. Chopped green onions. We cut parsley. Let cool for eggs and breast, cut into small pieces. Radish cut into small pieces. All join in a common bowl.
2. The yogurt pour cold water, stir. It should become more homogeneous and fluid. Add the mustard, salt to taste and mix well all.
3. Impose hodgepodge in a plate, pour kefir dressing. Decorate with boiled egg, a sprig of dill, radish circles.

2. okroshka. Densely hash with beef and sheep cheese

Ingredients:
— 3 boiled potatoes
— 2 boiled eggs
— 3 medium fresh cucumber
— 4-5 radishes
— 250 grams of boiled beef
— 150 g feta cheese
— 1 liter of yogurt
— 3 stalks celery
— 2 small boiled beets
— A bunch of parsley
— 2 tsp.. salts

Preparation:
1. Clean the vegetables. Radish and Cucumber one to three on a coarse grater. Potatoes, eggs, veal cut finely. One beets cut into medium pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
2. The remaining cucumbers, beets, celery, parsley, yogurt, salt shred blender until almost liquid state.
3. Cut feta cheese into large chunks. Put in a hodgepodge dish, pour kefir-vegetable mixture, top placing cheese and decorate with parsley.

3. hash with avocado and shrimp

Ingredients:
— 3 ripe avocados
— 1 liter of drinking yogurt without fillers
— 250 grams of boiled shrimp
— 4-5 eggs
— 2 medium cucumber
— 1 tsp.. lime juice
— Salt — to taste
— A bunch of parsley

Preparation:
1. Subject to a few large shrimp hash decoration, cut the remaining pieces of the average. Eggs finely cut, 2 avocado 1 cucumber — medium pieces. All combine in a bowl.
2. In a blender, mix until smooth yogurt, avocado, cucumber, parsley, lime juice, and salt.
3. put in a hodgepodge dish, pour kefir-vegetable mixture, spread a few whole shrimp and parsley for decoration.
